WNS Series II Race V Summit23

• 6:30pm MDT - 8:30pm MDT July 12th, 2017

• Have you ever wondered just how hard a summit finish is in the Tour? Well wonder no more, this WNS features a summit finish on Range Rd 23 (aka 85th St) just north of Calgary.
  
  See the location for a map of the course. We'll start on Township 262 just west of RR 23. We'll start by doing out and back laps on TW262/261 to Symons Valley Rd, then finish by turning south on RR23 for an exciting finish.
  
  A word of caution, RR23 is a big hill with lots of nasty potholes. It's perfectly fine riding up, but if you ride down it to come to the race (or after the race) please exercise extreme caution on the descent.

  The A's and B's will do 3 laps before turning off for the finish, the C's will do two laps before finishing.
   

  A's go at 6:30 PM, then the B's and C's.
  
  I could use two or three volunteers for this one, please comment below if you can help out.
  
  If you have time, please park at the Lion's club on Nagway Rd and ride the 8.5km to the start line, there's some good downhills so its not that bad!

   Otherwise, please try and find parking on one of the nearby gravel roads branching off the course. Please don't park on the course, or block any field access points.
